Send your message to one person or thousands with the same ease. Let folks know about special offers and promotions. The uses are only limited by your creativity and imagination. Message Center provides you with the capability to automatically communicate your message to any phone number already in Status Tracker and any list of phone numbers you wish to import into Status Tracker. Let Status Tracker create computer generated messages or record your own voice messages - your choice. You can also choose the date and time your message should be sent, and even how many times to try if Status Tracker doesn't get through the first time. The process starts by creating the message you want to deliver. Status Tracker provides two formats for your messages. Text-to-speech and pre-recorded voice. Text-to-speech messages are extremely quick and easy to create. You simply type the content of your message into Status Tracker. When needed, your message is read to the recipient by a computer generated voice using the industry leading AT&T Natural Voices text-to-speech technology. Quick, easy and 'techie' cool. Status Tracker also provides its own, built in, voice recording capability. You simply speak into the telephone and Status Tracker automatically records your message. You may play it back and re-record until you're happy with the way it sounds. Use someone in your office or find that special voice to make your recordings. Voice recordings offer the perfect medium for a highly professional presentation of welcome messages or special vacation promotions. There are no limits to the number of messages you can create, and the nice thing about your messages is that once you've created them they're always available for future use - whenever you need them. The next step is to identify the people you want to call. Status Tracker can automatically call any one or all of the phone numbers already in Status Tracker. Automatically call one or all of your crews, owners, or properties. You can also create a list of numbers to call from your property or customer relationship management programs and import it into Status Tracker. Call all your guests that are departing tomorrow, due to arrive next Saturday, or stayed with you last July 4th - it's entirely up to you. With Status Tracker you can schedule your calls to reach your guests at a date and time when they're most likely to receive your message. Message Center allows you to actually pick the date and time that you want your calls to be made. You can schedule as far in advance as you can plan. Not only that, you can also select how many times Status Tracker should try to call if it can't connect and how long to wait between each try. This precision gives you the capability to create a 'window of opportunity' to get your message through to your guests. For example: if you expect your guest to arrive home at about 5 PM. Tell Status Tracker to start calling at 5, and if no one answers, try 4 more times waiting 30 minutes between each try. You've just created a two hour 'window' to get your message through to your guest. It's that simple. Once your calls are scheduled Status Tracker takes care of the rest. Calls go out on schedule and the results are instantly reported back to you on continuously updating, call tracking displays on your Status Tracker web site. These displays show you if your message was delivered to a person, left on an answering machine, or couldn't connect. All this information is also available as online reports and as Microsoft Excel files which may be downloaded to your computer. An accurate historical record of who you tried to call and if your message got through or not. ![]()
