Status Center lets you know the current Status of your properties and how your crews are progressing with the tasks you have assigned to them.
If you want to know when a task was started and when it was completed create a task start and task end status. If you only want to know when a task has been completed, only create a task completed status. With Status Tracker you can create as few or as many status settings as there are tasks you want track. Housekeeping, maintenance, yard work, pool cleanings, pet spraying, propane deliveries, carpet cleaning - there's no limit to how many or what kinds of tasks you can track. The nice thing is that a crew only needs to know the status settings that they will be using - which keeps things very simple for them.
Using the phone in the property, or a cell phone, crews call Status Tracker's toll free 800 number to set the property's status. They are prompted to enter their Crew ID, which is assigned by you and tells Status Tracker who they are. They are then prompted to enter the Status they want to set the property to. Once they know what to do, they don't even need to wait for the prompts or even speak english. They can immediately enter their Crew ID and the Status and be on and off the phone in about 10 seconds.
The property's status, the crew that set the status, and the date & time the status was set are instantly displayed on your Status Tracker web site. Status Tracker's continuously updating, color coded, Status displays allow everyone in your organization to see up-to-the-minute property status information. Check-in, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, finance, and even outside contractors can be given access to Status Tracker's information from anywhere they can connect to the internet - even with a smart phone.
Guests can also call Status Tracker from the phone in the property to let you know that they have arrived or are departing by pushing 1 if they are arriving or 2 if they are departing on the phone's keypad. Status Tracker instantly shows that your guests have arrived or departed. Great for keyless entry properties so you know that your guest has actually arrived and a major help to get your housekeepers to the first empty property first thing in the AM.
Status Tracker can also automatically let guests know when their property is ready for their arrival and tell your crews when a property needs their attention. Tell Status Tracker what property(s) to watch and what status to watch for. When that status is set Status Tracker will automatically call or text message the Guest or Crew and let them know.
